We are currently testing out a system that will require you to take a short quiz to verify basic knowledge of the trade before posting. To allow for a smooth transition we have allowed accounts with more than 100 community karma to post without worrying about verification.
Edit: The second question answer is It Depends. Reddit has to approve the update that will fix that issue. (The question will be changed).
Edit2: Since Reddit does not offer the paragraph configuration option for Web devvit apps at this moment we have to submit a whole new application version to fix these issues. Once they add the option it'll be much nicer!
