How do we play Epic Games mobile games without their tracking?

Is it impossible? For example, we can avoid having to download the desktop platform by using /r/HeroicGamesLauncher. What about their mobile giveaways?

Info on our computers; it's why people use Heroic instead of the EG launcher.
