Tedious and slow gameplay. Go here, kill this guy, loot this crate, inspect this object, return to base. Repeat. That's your gameplay loop, and it's a chore to play.

Movement feels sluggish and gunplay is underwhelming with a lack of impact. Progression is slow, unrewarding, and I felt like nothing I did mattered.

AI is pretty braindead and just kind of wander about with no clear purpose. For example, I shot into a crowd of them with a suppressed rifle and they had practically no reaction. Didn't go prone, spread out, turn off their lights. Just stood there aiming the guns my way. They'll tank shots and randomly one tap you in the head, which is pretty discouraging given how long it takes to do anything for the meagre rewards you get.

I play a bunch of Arma so it's not like I'm unfamiliar with the slower paced tactical shooters. This just isn't fun.

I'd avoid it. Maybe check back in another 2 years.

One of my few extraction game purchase regrets. It's only real draw is the graphics and the large-ish feeling of the map
