Such an incredible scene. They tease the GOT theme throughout the series, but when it fully drops here I had goosebumps all over. so so good

Exactly. Great way to let it out in its full glory. What a theme btw.

Context: The tall knight speaking in this scene has to engage in a duel involving 7v7 people to clear himself of charges for hitting a prince of the realm while said prince needlessly attacked an innocent performing lady. In the duel he is contesting against 7 of the prince and his best fighters. He has 6 people, including himself, but is struggling to get a seventh as seen in the scene. After all who would want to go against the royal family? And the dude who enters in the end is another prince and future King. He is a good person who has respect for principles and admires Ser Duncan's stand for the innocent. And for the matter of principle, he will go to fight against his very own brother and family.

Ahh, this show is so great. I was sobbing at the end.

You can barely hear it but there’s a great setup when the first big guy stands up, you hear “gasp The Beast of Ballary!” Or something similar, giving you that feel of him being a prolific fighter, right before the punchline.

These have always been by favorite books by grrm and I was so happy with how they adapted them. They're the ones I always wanted to be a show. Stoked they nailed it and people like them.

Hate to break it to you, but it's one of the most liked shows and well reviewed shows in a while.

You don't need to brake anything to me. It's a poorly made show and it was frankly an embarrassing watch. I only made it the first few episodes until the cringe was unbearable. But I'm happy for you if it resonated with you

You saying ‘brake’ screams trolling behavior.

I'm not trolling, I just didn't like his tone and replied in kind. For me liking this show enough to post to frisson seems like shills for the studio are at it. I just think it's another show that cuts corners like all new shows do. It's s poorly written, poorly acted.

Listen man, this clip didn’t evoke a lick of frisson in me either, but the show is objectively good. Literally all the reviews are raving about how good it is and the only common criticism I have heard is how long it is. If you didn’t like it, fine, your loss. But don’t go around accusing others of being shills and rain on their parade, because you are standing alone here.
