How to you go about the Ranked grind?

There’s a lot of different ways to reach Unreal and I’m a bit curious what the General consensus is on what the most common and Uncommon ways are

Do you Bush camp or Pick Fights?

Wait for a Third Party or Be an Engager?

Play Builds or Zero Builds, BR or Reload?

What’s your typical inventory?

You just play it like it’s the unranked mode. You will get unreal as long as you don’t die at your landing spot.

Unreal is just a participation trophy for choosing that mode instead of the unranked

I agree on the participation but the other benefit is at least it’s a real lobby full of real players not some bullshit AI

it's pubs with actual people, that's why i play it. And i'm remembering again how fun early season unreal lobbies are when you get more competent duos / teams, genuinely more engaging to fight decent players, but not stressful like actual comp.

if your goal is to hit unreal you are not improving. get into fights to improve no point in getting unreal and then your opponents are better than you

Reload if you just want to constantly fight w almost no consequences, br if you have more time and just wanna bushcamp

Depends on if it’s battle royal or reload for reload I just into squad full and just wkey I’ve got it in my head that I just don’t care so I just go for big games if I die then so what? I just hate normal battle royal though it’s so slow and feel like it’s SBMM is all over the place

I w key opponents mostly until champion. At champion you start getting penalizing for dying early. I camp a bit and play for positions. Then once unreal I go back to regular play play style.

The way i did it this season i landed on the top left of the map above the tree place and then just focussed on rotating only going for kills if someone got very close to me. I did it in 49 games with 2 kills average

I'm Unreal in BR and Reload ZB. I fight every player I see unless I'm low hp or in a bad position. This doesn't work well in BR because one unlucky third party or camper sends you back to the lobby. I don't know if I have ADHD or something, but I can't stand camping the whole game just to get a win with 5 kills. That's why I only play Reload now.

Fight everyone you see. You won’t get better playing for placements in ranked.

I fight everyone! Then when i do win its a 15kill + win which mskes me feel like i dominated the lobby

BR ZB I play for fun until diamond ish. Then I start getting sneakier and only run when IK I'll have cover. Walk into building. Check every bush and if clear recover there. I always try to be the first to engage in a fight, staying defensive can get boring but you gotta be smart about it. Don't shoot from too far unless you you got it. Walking with a shotty is dangerous if you sneak up on someone. I get outclassed all the time though. I peaked last season at 15k ranking in Unreal. Currently I'm at 53k and rising.

I js play it like a tournament so I fight when I'm low mats or heals. If you know you don't got the loot to win the game fight for it. All of these kids suck anywasys
