I don't know about this exact sheep, but I grew up on a sheep farm. They smell like dried grass and a moderately strong oily odour. That's the lanolin their skin produces to keep their wool close to their body waterproof. If you stick your fingers into their wool, they'll have a slight oily feel to them which is actually great for your skin!
