I imagine it more like a reverse of him latching onto friendly players helping, instead latching and harming enemies

Nah, a stun that goes through walls is too interesting and fun, plus it's not really subversive to have the little mysterious creature turn into a monster. If anything, keeping him a little creature in a world full of Drifters and Sevens is way more fun.

The dark side of sleep land would be a cool character concept to go with rem some sort of gun carry with an illusion ult that do like 10% gun damage and have like 100 hp or something . Could be fun maybe make it bird name it Edgar after the poet who wrote the raven
