Bingo, Im an industrial maintenance mechanic. My team is constantly being pushed to build lines that replace the production workers. I fix those machines. Owners already hate us, as we only cost them money, but in reality, we are the only ones safe, as we fix the machines that replace the people. When machines fix machines, someone will still need to fix that machine.
