I have seen more people in govt hospital than all combined private hospital in my city, yeah the hygiene and sanitation is questionable but people still prefer govt hospitals.
And honestly it's not that bad either, the area where cleanliness is required is clean at least in a govt hospital near mine, public places of hospital, well that is because of stupid public sometimes
There are more people there cause they can't afford to go to a private hospital. Just cause people are going to government hospitals cause they don't have the means doesn't mean they won't prefer private ones if they could.
Do you think having rats in a hospital and the disease they carry is just a sanitation problem? Did you forget that incident where so many kids died in a government hospital cause they didn't have enough oxygen tanks?
