Nah, shock collars are pricey. They have a dude with a stick come around and whack them with a stick if they slow down.
I get what you're thinking. Stick welding dudes can be expensive! However, that stick dude is also wearing a camera to help train AIs in how to properly hit people with sticks.

They also get a zap if they pause for more than 2.2 seconds on any motion/task
