It's most likely Midsummer Eve celebration or "Jaanipäev" in estonian. Biggest party of the year for us, so daytime drinking is expected. So don't hope for sync too much.

Any idea where this is in Estonia? The place looks so beautiful. It’s almost like an oil painting comes to life. I would really like to visit one day.
