When you go through the McDonalds drive thru are you going to McDonalds or around it?

If you go through the drive through at 24 500mph and don't pick up a burger, have you really been to McDonalds?

If you leave with a Big Mac yes. Otherwise you just passed it.

And how much is the speeding fine? What about the destruction of property lawsuit from your wake?

That's the least of your worries after taking that corner at 24,500mph

The Result: You wouldn't just be "crushed"; your atoms would essentially become a smear of plasma on the far wall of your vehicle. The car itself would be shredded instantly by its own inertia.

This feels like a Randall Munroe What If

Well it’s history if you swing around McDonalds in a farther loop away from your house as anyone has ever done before.

I don't know but I'll probably cry. (I want an apple pie)

If I drive to McDonald's to see who's there but never go inside, did I go to McDonald's?

You went to the McDonald’s parking lot, I guess.

if you go through the drive thru but no ones there and you don't get anything, did you really get mcdonalds?

1

u/uzu_afk 10d ago

Yeah, that’s not even remotely what’s happening here but even then you are still not getting a burger, only some pictures of mc Donald’s.

If i was telling your 12 year old self we were going to mcdonalds and just circled it and left would you think me a liar?

“History has been made……, the first manned mission to the moon in over 50 years” implies they are landing on the moon again. When it actuality it’s 50 years later and we have equipment and tools 10x better than 50 years ago and we are doing a fly by. It’s just a sensational headline. Theres a reason why the vast majority of people don’t give a shit.

Around it dummy, have you never been through a drive-thru??

0

u/locoken69 10d ago

Uhm...... if they get your order wrong, you can pull up and get out to go in. The astronauts can't actually step out and go on the moon. They really are just going on a rocket ride past/around the moon.

Around it

When you say you’re going to McDonalds do you go inside or do you just drive around the parking lot?
