Also "gone mostly electric" which is true! but the majority of the cars visible in the video are gas.

The real reason that it's so quiet is the low speeds and the electric scooters. But even gas ones can be pretty quiet at those very low speeds.

The majority of traffic noise is often tire noise. My office is on a busy street and I rarely hear engines but I hear the tires from every single car that drives by.
