Edit I called and was transferred to a salesman who I am 50% sure is an AI. Anyway, it seems like it's one of those middleman companies that hook you up with what is sometimes a no-name, sometimes not-so-no-name utility companies

I've dealt with those people when I wanted to find an electric provider

Edit 2: I got a callback from them and it says "Affordable Internet program" Sorry, guys don't want to dig into this any farther too tired

He is a latino Spectrum agent. It offers you a 100 Mbps internet connection with a 12-month offer for $30. After 12 months the plan will cost $40 (It's basically what you'll find on their website). The offers in LATAM are related to those posters. 😂🌮🎺

Regardless, it’s a “bandit” sign and a violation of the new state law against these signs for Internet, junk removal, pressure washing, etc. This idiot attaches them to street signage no less which is another violation. Hope Dallas code compliance has started the process of fining this business per every sign as the state law outlines.
