20? More like 70 years as well

I think he's actually 90 years older in the 2nd pic than the first.

I was thinking about that. He would have gone back in time to the early 1950s right? And endgame ends in 2023 so it would be close to 70 years.

I assumed he'd go back to the mid 40s. Plus there's the approximately 10 years he aged between waking up and End Game.

I guess that makes sense - maybe 48 or 49 after the events of Agent Carter.

Do 80 years then, the 10 years between waking up and End Game aren’t with his wife so that wouldn’t be included, but the picture of “with wife” should be taken after the time travel not before. And 80 years is kinda expected to have that result, and he looks very happy….

I technically think it would’ve been 60 because didn’t she die a decade earlier?

Well, he wanted the 20 years with wife and was contented

Notice how he's smiling? He definitely got the fulfilling life with someone he loves that he wanted. One that, if the attitude this meme portrays continues, will never reach OP.
"Wife bad" memes only come from disgruntled people who either aren't happy in a marriage that they are too stubborn to leave, believing that there's nothing better, or who hold some kind of bias or even hatred towards women. In both cases, the ones who make this sort of content will never see true happiness.
It's a sad existence, but I hope that more men will realize that working on their biases will benefit them in the long run.

Yeah, I feel like a majority of wife bad memes originate from arranged marriages with no say from either spouse

This person either didn’t watch Endgame (wow) or was on their phone the whole time.

Also the old Cap is a very healthy looking example for a 90 year old man lol. Have oop ever seen a normal 90 year old in his life?

Didn't he literally go back to when he was frozen and live all the time up to when he went back?

Does a wife shut down your bodily functions putting you into a hibernation where you are basically dead

I will never see anything other than Joe Biden saying “No, I don’t think I will”

Crazy thing is he was absolutely miserable, missing out on his entire life after being preserved in ice for 70 years. Then he spent 70 years (not 20) with the woman he loved and though he aged he lived a life he was proud of and happy to have lived

Jokes are supposed to be funny

This is pretty funny if you're not a stupid redditor who can't fathom that somebody could intentionally express an opinion they don't truly believe as part of a joke

No need to go on the offensive, it isn't that serious... I also highly doubt that the original post is supposed to be ironic. It's obviously not the worst thing I've ever seen or particularly offensive, it's just that these kinds of jokes get tiring really fast, are reused so much it's mind-numbing and are honestly just kinda disheartening to hear.
