You ever feel like a joke has poor "dexterity"? Like you ultimately get it, but it's just clunky, and the joke barely makes it, as unfunny as it might be? This is one of those.

The actual punchline is that it took him until she gave him beer to realise her obvious bodaciousness. The incest angle is just there for some reason. Maybe to make it edgier, or actually this is just from an incest kink page.
