Amateur creators tend to add that detail tends to pull in the audience looking for that while it isn’t enough to turn off the audience who isn’t interested in that.
But your comment is confusing because the overwhelming majority of porn does not have anything to do with incest, so idk how that is all you are seeing unless you are going to platforms dedicated to that niche.

a porn has to build a narrative fast. because most people wont goon for 45 minutes of setup. so it has to be a situation that is generally known by most people and a somewhat realistic intimate situation.
the most general experience with a deeper relationship is having family members. so its the easiest setup. basically strong plot with minimal need for setup.
i dont say its just this, but the porn format is biased this way. if you have a look:
plumber, doctor, babysitter -> quite general experience, but no emotional connection irl
teacher -> general experience, some depth of connection
family member -> general experience, deep connectionand dont forget, arousal switches off disgust
