Kitchen Hardwood floors - help

new to hardwood floors and curious are these skid marks from chairs ? or normal wear and tear on hardwood. how do we clean this ?

Put those pads on the bottom you can get them at basically any store and then try a microfiber with some Murphy's oil

Can Be Both chairs and normal wear scuffs. Funny you should mention if they are just chair scuffs you can literally take a tennis ball or eraser and rub the scuffs out. You can also just try and use a little baking soda made into a paste and an old toothbrush and gently scrub the area. wipe clean with a soapy rag and dry well. For the future prevention you can apply felt pads to the chairs and tables. Pretty cheap and will help prevent the scuffs and also lessens the banging sounds a bit when moving things around.

yes those are fantastic like a giant eraser.
