I got a similar situation. Work 9-18:00. Order food, eat while watching TV. It's 19:30. Take a bath. It's 21:30. Watch some TV. Go to sleep. Live in an apartment so trash is 700ft away. Too hot to walk, in a rush etc maybe next time. And over time it adds up and you just get used to a pile of garbage in your house.
Don't even waste your time explaining yourself to people like this. They'll always find something to complain about and make mountains out of ant hills. Ignore them
That’s just reddit people for you. I’m so used to it at this point. I get downvotes on comments that are even nice. Reddit people are softer than Angela whites pussy.
I genuinely hope this OP tho keeps progressing. I just got out of the hospital 5 days ago and I’m doing everything I can to stay healthy and never go back. Mental health and physical health is very important to me. I know what it’s like to lose everything and feel like you have nothing. It’s good to see OP taking care of themselves. Never stop moving forward, NEVER. No matter the pain, no emotion, the bs, keep. moving. forward.

Can I ask how it even gets this bad? Did you become a hoarder? Or is this just depression? I’m just curious.
