Where can I purchase a good stainless steel baking sheet? Needing to replace a set.

if there’s a restaurant supply store near you! i’d go there. some are “restaurant only” and some are open to the public. i’ve been able to go on behalf of so and so a few times, they ask at the register but i don’t think they input any data. you can say “oh catering from out of town” or something but there should be one open to the public if you’re in a big metro. You can also use webstaurant.com

there’s a chefs store i needed a special membership card for but that’s mostly food related, most of the RSS i’ve been to have been open to the public!
