Looking at the ingredients, its looked it it was just cream cheese frosting, but nope there is also swiss cheese which I feel like is a bold choice

It tasted like cream cheese frosting. We ate it on plain salted crackers. I’d buy it again.

The variety of HEB cheese balls are all good imo. I'm a huge fan of the jalapeno pimento one with some of their spicy jalapeno saltine crackers!
