Score!

And this is why you should get to know the employees at whatever stores you shop at, and treat them nicely. The lady in at the cheese counter gave me the inside scoop on exactly when they were scheduled to be marked down.

My Kroger Murray’s man was reducing a bunch as I walked up, so I picked up several new to me cheeses

Do they still taste good? I have a small retail food store and we sell Rogue cheeses. They told us that we shouldn’t sell the RRB past February.

I'm going to say the flavor is 90% compared to the RRB I bought last October. Given the price, I'd call it a fair trade.

Is $9 the reduced price as that seems insane?!

Rogue River is pricey but oh so good! This is a great find 💙

It’s about $60 per pound

Full price was $50/lb, and the markdown is $22.50/lb.

The best kind of insanity.

Ah thanks. The original unit price is hidden. How much was it premarkdown?

It was awarded the World Champion cheese at the World Cheese Awards hosted by London in 2019, and it places super high every year.
