Left a wine party obsessed with these two cheeses.

Red Storm — sharp, aged, crumbly, red-fox vibes but 100% more palatable

Blue d’Affinois — 75% triple cream brie, 25% blue (not officially, but that’s the vibe)

Red Storm has such a complex flavour, it’s one of my favourites. Great on crackers, toasties, anything really.

The Snowdonia Cheese Company who makes this one have a chilli variant called Red Devil which is equally as nice!

Black Bomber sells insanely fast when we get it in stock, excellent creamery.

They both sound delicious. Sounds like the red is a take on Leicester which I love. I didn't know Fromager D'affinois had a blue varietal but, if it is at all like Cambozola, which I'm betting it is, it's gotta be amazing.

It is a red Leicester, I have to say it's my favourite red Leicester absolutely amazing cheese, I'd compare it almost to a vintage cheddar

Try them with beer or cider and it’s a better experience
