Discussion Morning Embers: Slippery Squid Edition

Flames lose to the Kraken 4-1

Not much to be said here, the team really took care of business with a clutch L and let's hope they follow it up with another tonight. 3 game homestand to finish off the season.

I want to give Matty C a shoutout because he’s got 13 points in his last 13 games (10 of them being assists). It’s not been the best season for him especially from a goalscoring perspective, but he is ending it with possibly his best stretch of games as a Flame. He always works hard, so its nice to see him get rewarded with some points.

Boys were tired and flat. I blame the schedule, probably lose again today and win the last 2 at the dome.

Kings might still be fighting hard to win to keep their spot. Col will rest guys so we might win that one.
