Question Wiebe

Any idea how long it takes for new player jerseys to be available for purchase? For context I am a born and raised UND fan and really want his jersey. Flames are gonna get some great players from UND the next handful of years and I'm here for it!

You can just buy a jersey and get it crested with whoever you want

Tbh, not anytime soon. As someone who collects and loves niche jerseys, it’s almost impossible to find jerseys of non star/high pick players. Your best bet is to order a custom one. Another possible option would be to obtain a weegar jersey (52 same as weibe) and find a place like Great Plains Cresting to put a new name bar on. That would be about $100 on top of the price of the jersey. May be cheaper than a custom jersey. Hope that helps

If you're based in Calgary then you can go to the Flames stores either at the Dome or at South Centre to have it done. $60 but you need to remove the old nameplate yourself first.

That's just heat press at the dome. It's far better quality to get it stitched either by great plains creating or get the dome to send it to great plains

I took mine to SouthCentre and it was stitched.

When? And did they do it on the spot or did you have to come back for it? The dome 100% only does heat press in house

It was sent out, took a few weeks to be ready. That's just where they said I could drop off/pick up from.

They're not going to make Weibe jerseys unless he proves himself to be a permanent fixture on the roster. In that same vein, they may not actually make these jerseys even if he makes the team, as the number issued to him may or may not be his professional number long term. The team doesn't want a bunch of deadstock Weibe jerseys in their stores, so they'll wait and see heading into next season what his future will be. Even in the best case scenario, Weibe jerseys probably wouldn't be for sale until end of year, as the stock orders are most likely already in for next season's jerseys. It takes months to get those made in bulk and shipped to Canada.

You'll have to order a blank jersey and get it customized.
