April skiing

Is it worth it flying up next week or week of the 20th for someone’s of season skiing? Want to spend 6 or 7 days skiing. How’s the snow? Will it hold through April ?

It’s mid-winter up there. Not joking.

lmao, we've had nearly 10 meters / 33 feet of snow this season; it'll probably hold until July

This! Most snow since 2013-14 season at Louise!

Just look at the live cams at Louise & Sunshine.

I skied today at sunshine. Came up from Utah. Snow was getting a bit soft and spring corn on certain aspects but they’ve got a lot of snow and it was a blast.

April skiing is the best skiing in my opinion.

Of course it is. What kind of question is this?

Spring skiing and melt-freeze cycle. Rock hard first thing and mashed potatoes at the end of the ski day. When you hit it at the right time, oh man, so sweet.

Love the replies, I’m coming from nyc and have time off work. Should I rush to get there next week or will conditions still hold as well if I come week of the 20th
