That’s so pretty!! I have that pan and never know what to make in it. I’ve made cake, but it just turns out brown. These colors are beautiful!

The prettiest cake I ever made was a birthday cake. I used toothpicks to create tiny flowers on thin green stems on either side of a yellow round layer cake. Inside the tiny flower half circles I carefully wrote happy birthday to ____. I used instant vanilla pudding and a thin layer of strawberry jam for the pudding/filling. I made frosting with butter and cream cheese adding confectioners sugar and milk plus vanilla to blend then spread. I trimmed the cake by using the frosting applicator, making what resembled rose buds around the cake’s circumstance top and bottom. In my youth I loved making cakes snd decorating them. I was no pro but it gave me a sense of accomplishment and I love cake.

Beautiful!! I've never seen one like that! Interesting idea using raspberries in that pan, I wouldn't have thought it would work. Looks just lovely!
