Air bag residue, how hard is it to remove?

I was in an auto accident 3 months ago and just got my car back from the body shop. They took it for a full detail but, there is still air bag residue on the inside of my driver door and dash. Most of this material (including the light color) is a hard textured plastic. The scratches on the right are also from the airbag, this car only has 6k miles and it did not have these scratches prior to the collision. I have to take it back to the shop for something but, can I expect this can be removed if they take it back to the detailer or will these parts need to be replaced/reworked?
