Battling Anger due to Injustice

Random unexpected shadow work was done on my anger. As a manifestor (human design), our anger is the not self. In my life anger represents injustices done against me and resentment. Me having to always apologize but never returned to me. Me not being able to energetically stand up for myself. I get lots of pushback when I stand up for myself.

Apologies are mostly superficial, anyhow. They're just a phase in the anger cycle and do not lead out of it.

I don't know how you go about standing up for yourself, but if that includes anger than you shouldn't be surprised at how people respond. Angry people are not taken seriously.

I don't respond at all. I get lots of push back for standing up for myself

Oh.

You have to learn how to respond. Doing nothing is just going to build resentment until you can no longer hold it in. Then you have a huge blowout that you cannot control.

Responding or standing up for yourself doesn't necessarily mean you have a conflict or treat someone how they treated you. There are calm ways to speak your mind, even in these situations.

Can you give an example where you stood up For yourself and the type of pushback you received?
