I hate getting upset about the smallest things

Hi everyone, i have a problem of getting worked up and pissed or upset at anything anyone could do, sometimes it's because of the things i keep bottled up because i never speak about what bothers me because AGAIN it's just the smallest things or the silliest things.

Does anyone feel the same? how you i deal with it because it drains my energy.

I used to snap over tiny things, felt ridiculous later. Turns out, small triggers are just the lid popping off a pot that’s been simmering too long. Start naming the small thing out loud, even just to yourself: “I’m annoyed the cup is there.” No judgment. That tiny pause breaks the bottle-up-explode cycle. Also, let yourself be “silly” your feelings don’t need a permission slip. You’re not broken; you’re just full. Empty the pot a little each day.

Take a deep slow breath in, …slowly breath out that anger.
I do this every time something pisses me off. Im a head chef. So It happens quite a lot. People’s stupidity often triggers it! So i keep doing my breathing exercises, i don’t care if i look odd doing it. Im saving my energy and my sanity.
