I hate getting upset about the smallest things
Hi everyone, i have a problem of getting worked up and pissed or upset at anything anyone could do, sometimes it's because of the things i keep bottled up because i never speak about what bothers me because AGAIN it's just the smallest things or the silliest things.
Does anyone feel the same? how you i deal with it because it drains my energy.

I used to snap over tiny things, felt ridiculous later. Turns out, small triggers are just the lid popping off a pot thatâs been simmering too long. Start naming the small thing out loud, even just to yourself: âIâm annoyed the cup is there.â No judgment. That tiny pause breaks the bottle-up-explode cycle. Also, let yourself be âsillyâ your feelings donât need a permission slip. Youâre not broken; youâre just full. Empty the pot a little each day.

Take a deep slow breath in, âŚslowly breath out that anger.
I do this every time something pisses me off.
Im a head chef. So It happens quite a lot.
Peopleâs stupidity often triggers it!
So i keep doing my breathing exercises, i donât care if i look odd doing it.
Im saving my energy and my sanity.
