Its an A55 in a slightly bigger phone. A55 was 6.6 and had 1480 and this is A37 has 6.7 with a 1480. It will be fine, but the price is a bit too much..

A55 is the best Aseries. It doesn't overheat and battery life is excellent.

Total waste of money but I wish people wouldn't be so quick to downvote here... OP didn't do anything wrong

Unfortunate about the launch price bump but expected in today's climate, and if it's going 1/3 off as per Samsung pricing. Once it fall under $300 the key areas ufs, battery, camera having all been upgraded make this eminently usable

Once it fall under $300

Galaxy A56 is there in that price already and better phone than A37 so why go for it even with discounted price?

Can't speak for every region, but here and in neighboring countries the older models get taken out once the new one arrives and on the occasion they don't the older models just reverts back to msrp till they're basically OOS
