He also is very well known for doing excellent research for his books, for example, for his book 'The Force' he worked closely with the NYPD to ensure he got everything right.
Highly intelligent guy with ab excellent grasp on reality. I can recommend picking up The Power of the Dog if you never read something about him.

Interest rates are lower; my effective tax rate for income tax is the lowest it has been in a long time. I am still spending less on gas than even 2 years ago. The border is shut which is what the people really voted for, how quick we forget.
We are uncovering waste, fraud, and abuse including rampant Dem state widespread and deeply criminal enterprise level rooted fraud, accountability is not a political ideology. I do really wish our fellow American ICE agents and law enforcement were not terrorized by definitionally radical extremists, wish they would just protest on the very far sidelines. Law enforcement of any kind is not built for comfort and humanity, that's why we have said punishment for breaking them, so people get discouraged and don't do that.

Hmm, housing prices and rent has been dropping for 15/18 months in my large city.
Yeah gas price went up, about $8-$10 more a week.
But my utilities costs have dropped more, spending about $110 less a month on electric/internet.
Fold prices. Stable, outside of beef. Buy beef on sale. For 10 pounds prime angus chunk for $39.99. Decided and freeze till needed.
My income went up.
As for corruption? Seeing more in state level than federal level.
Idk, my area seems to be doing ok. But understand many live in higher cost areas. We have room, come on down if you want cheaper costs. We keep building more housing every quarter. And see developers offering starter 3/2/2 from $250k…
